All treatments are carried out by our Beauty Therapy students as part of their practical training and are closely supervised by experienced lecturers. This gives students valuable experience in a real salon environment while providing clients with high-quality treatments at a fraction of high street salon prices.
Are treatments carried out by qualified professionals?
Treatments are performed by students who are developing their practical skills under the direct supervision of qualified Beauty Therapy lecturers.
Throughout your appointment, lecturers monitor each stage of the treatment to ensure students meet professional standards and gain the experience needed to complete their qualifications.
When are the beauty salons open?
Our salons are open Monday to Friday with limited appointment availability depending on the key focus for each term.

What should I know before booking?
Before booking, the following MUST be read to ensure that you book in for enough time to have your treatment completed. Failure to allow sufficient time may result in your treatment being cut short or cancelled.
Please note that: As treatments are part of students' training and assessment, appointments generally take longer than they would in a commercial salon.
Students' work is assessed throughout the treatment, so there may be short pauses while lecturers observe and provide guidance. Please allow extra time for your appointment.
Can my treatment be changed or cancelled?
All treatments are carried out at the discretion of the supervising lecturer. If, for professional, health or training reasons, the treatment you've booked cannot go ahead, we'll explain why and, wherever possible, offer you a suitable alternative.
Are all treatments available all year?
Some treatments are only available at certain times of the year.
Availability depends on the students' stage of training, as not all students are qualified to perform every treatment throughout the academic year.
