How do I enrol at NKC Tonbridge College?
Enrolment is the final step before starting your course at NKC Dartford College. During the main enrolment period, which usually takes place between late August and early September, you'll complete your registration, confirm your course, receive key information and officially become a student.
Our enrolment process is designed to make sure you're on the right course, have everything you need to get started, and can access any support you may require before term begins.
What happens during enrolment?
- Meet your tutor and other students. On enrolment day, you’ll meet your tutor and other students. Based on your GCSE results, we’ll make sure you’re placed on the right course level. You can ask any questions and receive your lesson timetable.
- Complete your enrolment. You will complete your enrolment forms and be given key information, including term dates. Your details will then be added to the NKC Tonbridge College database.
- Student record setup: Your details will be added to the NKC Gravesend College student system.
- Pay course fees. If your course requires course fees, these will need to be paid during enrolment. If you need financial support, you must complete a student financial support form before enrolment- be sure to check your eligibility in advance. Any questions on the financial side of college, check out the financial support page on our website.
- Receive your student ID card. You will have your photo taken for your college ID card. This card is essential for accessing college facilities such as turnstiles, IT resources, and printing services, and it also serves as your student identification and always be on you.
- Share import support information. We also ask that you provide information about any health conditions that may affect your learning, as well as exam support arrangements you previously received at school.
After completing all these steps, you will officially be enrolled at NKC Tonbridge College - congratulations and welcome! The next step is your first day of term as a student at NKC Tonbridge
